1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rss77 website, downloading the rss77 app, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the rss77 platform regardless of the device or method used to access it.

If you are accessing rss77 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. You accept personal responsibility for all activity that occurs under your rss77 account.

These terms should be read alongside the rss77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and rss77.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the rss77 platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rss77 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access or account creation for anyone under 18.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. rss77 does not permit accounts registered using another person's identity or information.
• You may only hold one rss77 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from rss77 under any prior account.

rss77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a valid CNIC, proof of address or other documents as rss77 considers necessary. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

rss77 also reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rss77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. rss77 will treat all activity conducted under your login as authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact rss77 support immediately. rss77 is not responsible for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all bets, deposits and withdrawals made under your account are made by you. rss77 does not accept responsibility for transactions made by third parties who have accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

Account balances on rss77 are denominated in PKR. Your balance represents credits held within the rss77 platform and is not transferable to other accounts or platforms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

rss77 supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as displayed on the Deposit page. Supported payment methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your rss77 account.

All deposits are processed in PKR. rss77 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions. You are responsible for any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider on their side of the transaction.

rss77 will only process withdrawals back to a payment method linked to your verified account. Withdrawals to accounts or wallets not held in your name will not be processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the platform at the time of the withdrawal request.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed per payment method on the relevant pages within rss77.
• rss77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made in error are subject to rss77's standard reversal policy. Contact support immediately if you have made a deposit in error.
• rss77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees associated with specific payment methods will be disclosed before you complete the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rss77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. The general principles that apply to rss77 bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your rss77 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the individual promotion terms.
• rss77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• If rss77 reasonably believes that a player is abusing a promotional offer – including through multi-accounting, bet-hedging across accounts or other manipulation – rss77 may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the account.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household address and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside the rss77 platform.

rss77 reserves the right to change bonus terms or discontinue a promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The most current version of each promotion's terms is always the version displayed on the rss77 platform at the time you claim the offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on rss77 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on rss77 are as follows:

• Bets are final once confirmed. rss77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• rss77 operates a full sportsbook covering cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral ODI series and ICC tournaments, as well as football, esports and other markets. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. In-play odds update in real time and the odds at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• rss77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that resulted from a technical fault on the platform. Players will be notified and the stake returned in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. rss77 may adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion.
• For casino games and slots, the return to player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are provided by the game supplier and are displayed within the game information where available.
• rss77 slot games, live casino, bingo and crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures as applicable. rss77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with rss77 support within seven days of the relevant result being published. rss77's decision on any dispute is final once the review process has been completed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rss77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one rss77 account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the rss77 platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or display errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting across multiple accounts.
• Using the rss77 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious activity is monitored and reported as required.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including age misrepresentation. rss77 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will close any account where the player is found to be under 18.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing rss77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

rss77 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. The platform includes a set of responsible gaming tools that all players are encouraged to use. These tools are available in your rss77 account settings and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and the ability to take a temporary break or self-exclude from the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap directly in your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a defined period. rss77 enforces this limit automatically.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure a notification that alerts you when you have been playing for a specified amount of time during a single session.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your rss77 account for a period of your choosing. During a break, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and rss77 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

rss77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or use of the account for money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion and voluntary closure requests.
• Where rss77 determines in its reasonable judgement that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach or fraudulent activity, rss77 reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation. Where a player voluntarily closes their account and there is no ongoing dispute or investigation, the remaining PKR balance will be returned via the player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact rss77 support. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before rss77 will consider reinstatement.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rss77 platform, including but not limited to the rss77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text and promotional materials, is the property of rss77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rss77 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any rss77 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any rss77 software or application.
• Use the rss77 brand or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without explicit written authorisation from rss77.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the rss77 platform by automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

rss77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While rss77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, rss77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues outside rss77's direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rss77's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform – whether in contract, tort or otherwise – is limited to the PKR value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. rss77 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or emotional distress.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

rss77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rss77 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account or by displaying a notice within the platform. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Continuing to use the rss77 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

The version of the terms displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. rss77 recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
